18-Year-Old Jailed in Linn County on Prostitution Charge

Cedar Rapids Police have arrested Illinois teen Santonika N. Flowers on a prostitution charge.

Santonika N. Flowers, an 18-year-old from Illinois, was arrested and sent to Linn County Jail on a prostitution charge.

Police charged her at the Hawthorn Suites in Cedar Rapids last Thursday, according to the Gazette.

The arrest stemmed from a tip to police.
