Police: Seven Charged with Drug Related Offenses in Six Days

The following information was provided by the Marion Police Department. Arrests do not indicate a conviction.

 

The Marion Police Department charged seven with drug related offenses over a six day period.

According to documents from the Marion Police Department, the following were charged between May 4 and May 10.

Justin Cale Kaufman, 19, Anamosa, was charged May 4 with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, at the 800 block of Seventh Avenue.

Jessica Rose Denton, 27, 1837 Fenrow Road, Marion, was charged May 5 with driving while drugged/intoxicated and failure to display registered plates, at the 2900 block of 10th Avenue.

Lynn Sue Needels, 585 5th Avenue, Marion, was charged May 6 with possession of drug paraphernalia, at 585 5th Avenue.

Travis Kenneth Davis, 27, 167 13h Street, Marion, was charged May 6 with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a suspended license, at the corner of 15th Street and Grand Avenue.

Christopher Lynn Nost, Cedar Rapids, was charged May 8 with possession of a controlled substance at the corner of Boyson Road and Timber Creek Drive.

Paul David Reynolds, 51, Cedar Rapids, was charged May 8 with possession of drug paraphernalia at 340 Marion Boulevard.

Jeffrey John Gotto, 26, Dyersville, was charged May 8 with possession of a controlled substance at 605 6th Street.

The ones that were caught with drugs and paraphernalia were probably crack heads,the one with just the controlled subatance is probably the dealer.
