POLL: Game On! Tell Us Who Will Win the Super Bowl and Why

Patriots vs. Giants: Here's your chance to tell us what you know.

NFL fans and armchair experts have just a week left to get their trash talk and prognostications refined for Super Bowl XLVI.

The New England Patriots are the slight favorite according to oddsmakers.

It's hard not to appreciate the drama of New England's last three Super Bowl wins — dramatic final efforts with two of the team's three titles won with late field goals.

Or do you like rooting for underdogs? The New York Giants, and quarterback Eli Manning, are good in that role.

Will New York's penchant for playing the underdog prevail this year?

Or will Patriots quarterback Tom Bradley get double revenge: for the Giants' 2008 Super Bowl victory, which broke the Pats' Bowl winning streak, and for the Giants' 24-20 win over New England on Nov. 6.

Now's the time to make your case for your team, and talk a little trash to opponents. Game on!

Who will win: New England
Why?: Tom Brady is the perfect quarterback, invented by future scientists who sent him back in time to make us feel bad about ourselves.

I know very little about football but I'm going with the Patriots because Tom Brady is way cuter than Eli Manning and they have cooler uniforms.

Iron Flatworks: Does anti-New York sentiment extend to football. The Yankees, I get. But what have you got against the Giants?

I give the edge to the Patriots, not only because I am fan, but because Tom Brady can't have two bad games in a row.

Patriots because Brady is a true superstar quarterback. Manning on the other hand is just a whiner. Anybody remember when he was drafted? No class.

What happened when Manning was drafted?
