Teacher Accused of Sex with Marion Boy Pleads Not Guilty

Shannon Cardinal, the 43-year-old former Wisconsin high school teacher, has pleaded not guilty at her arraignment last Friday.

The former Wisconsin teacher accused of having sex with a Marion teenage boy pleaded not guilty to six counts of sexual assault of a student and six counts of child enticement on Friday.

She also waved her right to a preliminary hearing.

As we've reported, Shannon Cardinal, the 43-year-old woman, was accused back in April of having a sexual relationship with a now 17-year-old Marion teen.
