Enter Houzz.com. It's a hot new website that has lots of people talking.  

Houzz was developed by a husband and wife who wanted to renovate their home, yet struggled to describe their vision. They were told to buy books, magazines, and to clip photos. But they found that it wasn’t efficient because there were too many images to keep track of and it was very disorganized. Developing a one-stop website for collecting ideas is genius and gives the homeowner an exact vision of what they don't like and what they do want to change.

The Houzz iPad app has been downloaded more than one million times.  The website is user-friendly and you can store hundreds of ideas for your next renovation or building project in folders called "idea books."
