1. The Ray Blue Jazz Quartet
Today, at 7 p.m. The Ray Blue Jazz Quartet will by playing at the . The event will feature wine and beer tasting, chocolates, skewers and "world famous" cheese plates, available for $15. The leader of the group, Ray Blue, is a life-long, acclaimed Jazz musician who founded the Cross-Cultural Connection, a nonprofit that promotes jazz in culture, schools, colleges and communities, according to his website. So, he's a pretty big deal.
2. Coffeehouse Night at Lowe

Performers Natalie Brown and Craig Erickson are coming back to coffeehouse nights tonight at 7 p.m, at . The doors open at 6:30 p.m. and admission is free, but coffee and desserts from Marion's very own are not.
3. Valentine Art Extravaganza

4. Valentine's Jazz Brunch
The Campbell Steele Gallery is holding a benefit for the Cedar Rapids Museum of art, featuring a performance by the George Jazz Trio and Dan Knight. Dan Knight is actually a well known and acclaimed jazz artist himself, the pianist's work was nominated for Pulitzer Prize in Music. Tickets are $35 each and may be purchased by contacting Angela Kron at the Cedar Rapids Museum of Art at (319) 366-7503 ext. 207, or online, here. Seating starts at 10 a.m. and 12 p.m.
5. Jungle Book Preview
The will get a preview of Disney's "The Jungle Book," a "Playtime Poppy" performance that will make it to the Linn-Mar High School in full March 1-3. Snacks and crafts after the performance, which starts at 10:30 on Saturday.
