Obama Campaign Cancels Iowa Campaign Event Due to Colorado Shooting

A tragic shooting at a movie theater in Colorado led the Obama campaign to suspend negative advertising and cancel political events, such as an event scheduled for Iowa City this morning.

Beau Biden, Delaware attorney general, and son of vice president Joe Biden, was scheduled to appear in Iowa City this morning for a veteran to veteran phone bank in support of President Barack Obama.
