Choose and Stick With a Real Estate Professional

Choose a Realtor that works for you and stick with him/her for a seamless transaction

Sometimes buyers will float from one real estate professional to another.

Perhaps, they don’t know that Realtors only are paid by commission. Now, buyers should research and interview Realtors to find the professional they feel will best help them in their real estate search. That Realtor will be loyal to their clients and work their hardest to find that just right home. In addition to showing houses they will preview them, as well as talk to agents of all companies to see what new listings will be coming up in the near future meeting their criteria.

They will also create comparative market analyses that show if the home is competitively priced or priced high.  In other words they will work their tails off for you.

If you aren’t satisfied by the work your Realtor is doing, then by all means have a frank conversation with him or her and move on.

However, don’t use several Realtors thinking you’re getting an advantage. You’ll leave a lot of hurt feelings afterwards. If you’re ready to go, the Realtor you are working with will make you a top priority.

Have a real estate question? Send it my way. I would love to hear from you.

Thanks!

What are the best "green" solutions for weed control?
Willie Wellington April 18, 2013 at 02:08 am
Hi Beth. My name is Willie Wellington and I own/operate Insite Lawn Care and Landscaping. We haveRead More used green products for over seven years now and recommend these solutions for you. The best 'green' solutions are using corn gluten as a preemergent right now. As for post-emergent control - look for a horticultural grade vinegar (10-20% acetic acid) and apply it on a warm sunny day. It is nonselective - meaning it will kill or damage anything that you spray it on. You can also find some people using a product called the Green Guardian. It is an all natural post-emergent and fertilizer. Please remember that natural products take longer than chemical products but can produce better results in the long run while also being better for the environment.
