Keeping it Real (Estate) with Deanna - How many houses should I look at?

I always tell my clients they will know when a house is the one for them. It's more often than not a gut feeling.

You walk in and see yourself in the home. See your children playing in the yard. Your family cooking in the kitchen, watching TV in the living room, etc.

Is there a magical number of houses to see before you find that right one, well, no not really. Some people find that special home out the first time out, others search for a while.

What does hlep is sitting down and making a list of "must have" features that are nonnegotiable versus "wants" or "wishes". It simply saves your time and helps you get into that just right home a lot faster.
