This Week in Marion Weather: Showers, Thunderstorms and Sunshine

When I read the National Weather Service's seven day forecast for Marion, I found myself hoping it was incorrect.

It seems that this week will largely consist of mild to chilly days, thunderstorms and rain.

We'll be seeing a chance of thunderstorms on Tuesday night, Wednesday day and night and Friday. We might be seeing rain showers Friday night, Saturday day and night, in addition to Sunday.

Also, if all the moisture and noisy storms don't bother you this week, the chilly days might.

This week temperatures will stay in the lower to middle 60s in the beginning of the week, but will fall to the lower 60s to lower 50s near the weekend.

Now might be a good time to check if you have an umbrella.
