Thunderstorms Called for in Hazardous Weather Outlook for Marion

The National Weather Service has posted a hazardous weather outlook for Marion that warns of possible activity later tonight.

This week won't be the return of super warm, 70 degree weather.

It's time for the sort of April showers that may in fact bring about late-April flowers, if this early spring is on track.

For tonight, that means possible thunderstorms, thunderstorms so bad that the National Weather Service has called for a hazardous weather outlook for the region. Hail may fall with the thunderstorm as well.

As for the rest of the week, we have a possibility of rain on Tuesday and Wednesday and Saturday carries a possibility of thunderstorms.

The temperatures are going to be a little disappointing if you were expected the freakishly warm March weather to continue. Highs for much of the week range from the 50s to the 60s.
