If your child were kidnapped, what would you tell the police? 

A child, Amber Swartz-Garcia, then 7 years old, was kidnapped many years ago from my home town.  Although several people were considered as suspects and a person in jail "confessed," Amber has never be found and no one has been charged with a crime connected with this case.
