13-Year-Old Marion Girl Arrested for Arson
The following information was provided by the Marion Police Department. Arrests do not indicate a conviction.
A 13-year-old Marion girl was arrested for arson, according to Marion Police.
Marion Police charged the girl with second degree arson at 9 a.m. on June 1.
Second degree arson is a class C felony.

Other Charges
Three others were arrested for violent crimes in the days between June 1 and June 7.
Taylor James Boulet, 26, 2645 Second Avenue, Marion, was charged June 5 with simple domestic assault, at 700 Grand Avenue.
Jesse Lee Shannon Fleury, 29, 1321 Grand Aveneu, Marion, was charged June 1 with domestic assault causing serious injury or mental illness and a violation of a no contact order due to domestic abuse, at 125 Third Avenue.
A 16-year-old Marion teen was charged June 7 with reckless use of fire/explosives, at the corner of George Drive and Hennessey Parkway.
