Investigators from the Cedar Rapids Police Department have arrested Stephen Johnson in connection with the murder of Clifton West.
The homicide investigation is continuing. We do not believe the public is in danger as this investigation continues.

Johnson is charged with one count of Murder in the 1st Degree. He is currently at the Linn County Correction Center.
