65-Year-Old Woman Charged with Assault, Fifth Degree Theft, at Hy-Vee Drugstore

Joyce Leah Lindemann, a 65-year-old Marion woman was recently charged with assault and fifth degree theft at the  on Seventh Avenue.

Lindermann was charged on Feb. 23 at 1:26 p.m. in the afternoon.

Feb. 18

Kenneth Edward Leffler, 37, 2080 Eighth Street, Marion, was charged with domestic assault causing serious injury or mental illness, at 2080 Eigth Street.

Alexander Christian Garrett, 33, 3175 Eight Street, Marion, was charged with driving while intoxicated/drugged, first offense and an open container violation in the driver’s side, at 3175 Eight Street.

Kristy Jolynn Gilligan, 34, Cedar Rapids, was charged with driving with a suspended license and failure to use seat belts, at the 2200 block of Tenth Street.

Hubert Gavin Hermanson, 28, 1949 Galway Drive, Marion, was charged with fourth degree theft in the Linn County Jail.

Feb. 19

Lee Andrew Holladay, 44, 1085 Thirtieth Street, Marion, was charged with driving with a revoked license and not having proof of insurance, not accident related, at the 900 block of Twentieth Street.

Brandon Noe Reyes, 32, 970 Twenty-Sixth Street, Marion, was charged with driving while intoxicated/drugged, first offense and carrying weapons.

Ryan Fransisco Edmunds, 27, Cedar Rapids, was charged with fifth degree theft at 200 Menard Lane.

Timothy Franklin Brazil, 25, Cedar Rapids, was charged with violation of a no contact order due to domestic abuse and criminal mischief in the fourth degree, at 12 Chapelridge Court.

Laura Cristine Ritch, 22, 1110 Longview Drive, Marion, was charged with impersonating a public official.

Joseph Michael Skidmore, 30, Cedar Rapids, was charged with fifth degree theft at 5491 Highway 151.

Feb. 21

Jordan Dale Turner, 18, Cedar Rapids, was charged with possession of a controlled substance at 4650 First Avenue Northeast.

Joel Ely Falcon, 47, Cedar Rapids, was charged with driving with a suspended license at the 600 Block of Marion Boulevard.

Tabitha Marion Schaul, 21, 989 Tenth Street, Marion, was charged with driving with a revoked license, not having insurance, not accident related and lacking window/windshield requirement, at the 800 bock of Eighth Avenue.

Feb. 22

Brian Lee Thomas, 33, 1325 A Avenue, Marion, was charged with driving while intoxicated and/or drugged, second offense and failure to yield on a left hand turn, at the corner of First Avenue and Collins Road Northeast.

Michelle Lynn Fowler, 42, Hiawatha, was charged with driving with a suspended license, driving without registration and not having proof of insurance, not accident related, at the 1800 block of Geode Street.

Feb. 23

Caleb Michael Packingham, 18, 925 Tenth Street, Marion, was charged with assault by use of displaying or using a dangerous weapon, at 204 Tenth Street.

Mario Arturio Perez-Diaz, 41, Cedar Rapids, was charged with fifth degree theft at 200 Menard Lane.

Joyce Leah Lindemann, 65, 2315 Eighth Avenue, Marion, was charged with fifth degree theft and assault at 2790 Seventh Avenue.
