Assault on a Peace Officer, Public Consumption — Marion Police Blotter
The following information was provided by the Marion Police Department. Arrests do not indicate a conviction.
Marion Police also made the following arrests between Sept. 27 and Oct. 3:
Aaron Matthew McQuain, was charged Oct. 1 with two counts of assault on a peace officer and public consumption, intoxication and interference with official acts, at 640 Bentley Drive.
Chad Michael Peterson, 30, 1430 13th Avenue, Marion, was arrested on a previously outstanding arrest warrant, at 515 Bentley Drive.

Billy Joe Butteris, 53, Lisbon, was charged Oct. 2 with driving with a suspended license at South 15th Street and Daleview Drive.
Callie Jo Welsh, 34, Cedar Rapids, was charged Oct. 2 with possession of drug paraphernalia at the 400 block of Lindale Drive.

Vanessa L Ricks, 23, Cedar Rapids, was charged Oct. 3 for providing false identification and was arrested on a previously outstanding arrest warrant, at the 3100 block of 100 Highway.
