Assault, Public Consumption, Theft at Menards: Marion Police Blotter
The following information was provided by the Marion Police Department. Arrests do not indicate a conviction.
Marion Police made the following arrests between Sept. 27 and Oct. 3:
Chad Michael Peterson, 515 Bentley Drive, Marion, was arrested Oct. 1 with a prevously outsanding arrest warrant, at his home.
James Dean Lewis, 49, 401 Larick Drive, Marion, was charged Sept. 30 with public consumption/intoxication, at the 300 block of 11th Street.

Nico Miguel Durant, 49, homeless, was charged Sept. 30 with assault and was arrested on a previously outstanding arrest warrant, at 1348 Apache Drive.
Tom Nicolas Chahine, 45, Cedar Rapids, was charged Sept. 29 with theft at the Marion Menards.
