The case began last March, when the four wrestlers were charged with sexually assaulting a 15-year-old boy. In separate incidents, the boy was allegedly urinated on in the shower, and at another time allegedly held down while other boys put their genitalia on his face.

Charges against Nathan Jubeck, 18, were dismissed, and Dakota VanDyke, 18, made an Alford plea to a simple assault misdemeanor. The cases against the other two students, both 17, are still pending.
