Domestic Assault, Multiple Arrests at Walmart — Marion Police Blotter
The following information was provided by the Marion Police Department. Arrests do not indicate a conviction.
Marion Police made the following arrests in the period between Sept. 14 and Sept. 19:
William Lloyd Burge Jr, 52, 1385 Medowview Drive, Marion, was charged September 18 with domestic assault causing serious injury and/or mental illness, at his home.
Kristi Lea Spencer, 43, Hiawatha, was charged Sept. 14 with two counts of fifth-degree theft at Walmart.

Donald Allen Miller, 48, Cedar Rapids, was charged Sept. 14 with two counts of fifth-degree theft at Walmart.
Gabriel Anthony McNitt, 19, 877 15th Avenue, Marion, was charged Sept. 17 with an OWI, first offense and driving with a suspended license, at the 900 block of 15th Street.
