Drunk Driving, Theft and Drug Charges: Marion Police Blotter

The following information was provided by the Marion Police. It does not indicate a conviction.

There were seven arrests in today's police blotter, from July 19.

Charges include first-degree operating while intoxicated or drugged (OWI), open container, excessive speed, careless driving, possession of a controlled substance (PCS), possession of drug paraphernalia (PDP), fraudulent use of registration, driving while license under suspension (DWLUS), operating without registration, driving while license restricted (DWLR), failure to use safety belts, no insurance - not accident-related and fifth-degree theft.
