Five Theft Charges in Two Days at Marion Walmart

According to the Marion Police Department, three people have been charged with theft a total of five times at .

Timothy Hough, 54, from Marion, James Sullivan, 30, from Marion, and Martin Joseph Payton, from Anamosa, 49, have all been charged with theft.

Sullivan has been charged two times with fourth degree theft, Hough has been charged three times with fifth degree theft and Payton had been charged once with fifth degree theft.

Fifth degree theft is a simple misdemeanor and forth degree theft is a serious misdemeanor.
