Hiawatha Resident Charged with Drunken Driving and Assault in Marion

Hiawatha resident Chantiell Holloway, 24, was charged with an OWI- first offense, driving with a revoked license and assault

She was arrested June 28 at 1:44 a.m. at the corner of First Avenue and 30th Street Court.

The following assault related charges were also made between June 27 and July 5 by .

Andrew John Anderson, 900 26th Street, Marion, was charged July 4 with domestic assault causing serious injury and/or mental illness, at 900 26th Avenue.

Derrick Deshawn Knight, 22, 415 10th Street, Marion, was charged July 1 with assault without intent to injure, at 1001 Seventh Avenue.

Benjamin Ray Jenkins, 47, 2120 Fourth Avenue, Marion, was charged June 29 with simple domestic assault, at his home.

Ann Marie Sherman, 23, 2120 Fourth Avenue, Marion, was charged June 29 with assault, at her home.

Mikel Derek Boone, 24, was charged July 5 with third degree criminal mischief, assault without intent to injure.

Kyle Dennis Gamma, 20, 2640 Regal Court, Marion, was charged with July 4 with domestic assault causing serious injury and/or mental illness, interference with official acts, not providing proof of insurance, not accident related, driving without a license and drinking underage, at 2640 Regal Court.
