Marion Man Charged With Public Urination at His Home

The following information was provided by the Marion Police Department. Arrests do not indicate a conviction.

Jeffrey Wooten was arrested by Marion Police for public urination — at his own home.

According to records, the 50-year-old Marion resident was arrested June 11 at 10:57 p.m. at 500 Bentley Drive.

Public urination is a misdemeanor.

Traffic Related Arrests

Marion Police arrested the following five people for driving related charges in the time period between June 8 and June 16.

Dennis Blair Rogers, 27, Cedar Rapids, was charged with driving with a suspended license, driving without registration and not providing proof of insurance, at the corner of Highway 100 and Oak Lane.

Jared Thomas Steichen, 25, 6322 Cope Drive, Marion, was charged June 14 with driving with a revoked license, at the corner of Beryl Street and Boyson Road. 

Mallorie Jean Holub, 20, Cedar Rapids, was charged June 8 with driving with a suspended license, no insurance, not accident related, at the 2800 block of Seventh Avenue.

Jennel Bundalian Lien, 35, 2675 A Avenue, Marion, was charged June 9 with driving with a suspended license and not having insurance, not accident related, at the corner of 10th Street and Seventh Avenue.

Kodi John Hettinger, 20, Manchester, was charged June 9 with driving with a suspended lichen and not having insurance, not accident related, at the 200 block of Seventh Avenue.
