Marion 10-Year-Old Charged with Assault
A 10-year-old Marion boy was charged by Marion Police with assault at Sept. 24.
Marion Police have charged a Marion 10-year-old with assault.
The boy was arrested near his home in eastern Marion Sept. 24 at 8:49 in the morning.

Marion Police made the following seven arrests between Sept. 20 and Sept 26:
Nicolas Michael Daugherty, 20, Cedar Rapids, was charged Sept. 23 with possession of a controlled substance and driving with a suspended license, the corner of at Alburnett Road and Boyson Road.

Jennifer Lynn McGlashing, 26, Cedar Rapids, was charged Sept. 23 with driving with a suspended license at 700 block of 6th Avenue.
Troy Larry Wheeler, 22, 520 12th Street, Marion, was arrested Sept. 23 on a previously outstanding arrest warrant, at his home.
Kelli Kristine Koenn, 42, 1244 Black Hawk Drive, Marion, 42, was charged Sept. 24 with theft, at 5100 block of Mohawk Drive.
