Man Arrested for Burglary After Marion Police Chase

The following information was provided by the Marion Police Department. Arrests do not indicate a conviction.

James Fay was arrested after a Marion Police chase Monday.

Fay was charged with first-degree burglary, second-degree theft and "numerous" traffic infractions, according to a statement from Marion Police.

Police say the pursuit came after a dispute between Fay and family members.
