Marion Man Charged with Two Counts of Assault on Peace Officer

The following information was provided by the Marion Police Department. Arrests do not indicate a conviction.

Marion Resident Ryan Hardman, a 23-year-old, was recently charged with two counts of assault on a peace officer and one charge of first degree harassment.

Hardman was arrested at his home on at 3175 Fifth Street, on March 13 at 3:39 a.m.

Assault on a peace officer is a class "D" felony. First degree harassment is an aggravated misdemeanor.

March 12

Amber Lyn Corporon, 21, Cedar Rapids, was charged with driving with a suspended license, at the corner of 10th Street and Indian Creek Road.

Tyler Ross Penrod, 19, Cedar Rapids, was charged with driving with a suspended license and not having insurance, not accident related at the corner of East Post Road and Grand Avenue. 

March 13

Mark Alexander Willis, 30, Cedar Rapids, was charged wtih driving with a suspended license, driving without registration, failure to display registered plates and not having insurance, not accident related, at the corner of Collins Road Northeast and Northland Avenue Northeast.

March 14

Meliah Sue Rohwedder, 30, Cedar Rapids, was charged with driving while intoxicated/drugged, first offense and improper use of lanes, at 354 10th Street.

Darryl Eugene Jackson, 43, Cedar Rapids, was charged with public consumption/intoxication, at 670 Bentley Drive.

 March 15

Johann Francis Kammerer, 31, 44 Ash Drive, Marion, was charged with driving while intoxicated, drugged, first offense, interference with official acts, fourth degree criminal michief and careless driving, at the corner of Ash Drive and Midway Drive.

Hector Abel Martinez, 18, Cedar Rapids, was charged with fifth degree theft. 

Sarah Paulene Fetter, 25, Cedar Rapids, was charged with domestic assault causing serious injury.
