Marion Man Crashed Motorcycle into Deer on I-380:In Case You Missed It

Marion resident Eric Eppard, 48, was injured Wednesday when his motorcycle collided with a deer.

Marion resident Eric Eppard was injured when he struck a deer with his motorycle while driving on Interstate 380 on Wednesday.

The 48-year-old man was initially unconscious when he and his motorycle landed in a ditch. He later regained conscioiusness, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier.

A section of the interstate was closed off in order for a helicopter to pick Eppard up and transport him to the Covenant Medical Center in Waterloo.
