Marion Police: 7 Theft Charges in Two Weeks

The following information was provided by the Marion Police Department. Arrests do not indicate a conviction.

 have given seven theft-related charges in a two week period.

The following were charged between July 28 and August 9:

Cassian Jon Morgan Clark, 18, Mount Vernon, was charged July 28 with fifth degree theft, at 3600 Highway 151.

Cassian Jon Morgan Clark, 18, Mount Vernon, was charged July 28 with fourth degree theft, underage possession of alcohol and unlawful use of a driver’s license, at 3600 Highway 151.

Joshua Lyle Weston, 25, Central City, was charged July 28 with theft at 200 Menard Lane.

Timothy Blake Jamison, 18, Libson, was charged July 28 with fifth degree theft, at 3600 Highway 151.

Jell Allen Newell, 30, Olin, was charged with fifth degree theft at 5491 Highway 151.

Joyce Leah Lindemann, 66, 2315 Eighth Avenue, Marion, was charged with fifth degree theft, interference with official acts, and a warrant for a previously outstanding arrest warrant, at 200 Menard Lane. 

Jesse Richard Flitsch, 24, Central City, was charged with third degree burglary and second degree theft at 1899 Seventh Avenue.
