Marion Police Blotter: Woman Charged With Animal Neglect and Unsanitary Conditions

The following information was provided by the Marion Police Department. Arrests do not indicate a conviction.

Marion resident Donna Jean Jackson, 56, was charged with animal neglect, unsanitary conditions and not vaccinating her dog(s) against rabies.

Jackson was charged in her home on 555 Bentley Drive No. 13, on Feb. 7.

Francis Joseph Boffeli, 56, Coggon, was charged with driving with s a suspended license at the 4300 block of Highway 151.

Brandon Kent Weber, 31, Anamosa, was charged with driving with a suspended license and unsafe passing at the 3000 block of Highway 100.

Patrick Herman Jung Schulz, 35, 560 Bentley Drive, Marion, was charged with consumption in public/public intoxication at 530 Bentley Drive.

Feb. 4

David Dee Alexander Hill, 26, 26, Cedar Rapids, was charged with driving without insurance and not having insurance, not accident related, at the 700 Block of Fifth Avenue.

Elizabeth Renae Schenk, 22, Sioux Center, was charged with driving while intoxicated/drugged, first offense, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance and failure to maintain control.

Feb. 5

David Joseph Delinger, 51, Cedar Rapids, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Irambabaje Pierre, 25, 1450 Meadowview Drive, Marion, was charged with domestic assault causing serious injury or mental illness, 1450 Meadowview Drive.

David Dean Clark, 47, Cedar Rapids, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, at the corner of Eleventh Street and Third Avenue.

Donald Leroy Tharp, 66, 1360 Eleventh Avenue, was charged with theft in the fifth degree and an open container volition, at 2504 Seventh Avenue.

Lisa May Armstrong, 50, 400 Lindale Drive, Marion, domestic assault causing serious injury or mental  illness and assault on a police officer, at 400 Lindale Drive.

Feb. 6

Monica Sue Wilcke, 44, 1769 Galway Drive, Marion, was charged with driving with a suspended license, at the intersection of South Eleventh Street and Grand Avenue.

Lenn Antonio Buchanan, 21, Cedar Rapids, was charged with driving while intoxicated/drugged, first offense and driving with a suspended license at the 100 block of Fifteenth Street.

Amanda Jean Larson, 37, 1620 Sundance Drive, Marion, was charged with driving with a suspended license at the corner of Highway 151 and Eagleview Drive.

Shannon Lee Clements, 3170 First Street, Marion, was charged with fourth degree theft at 5491 Highway 151.

Matthew Allan Jennings, 19, Linn County, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance, at the corner of Alburnett Road and Geode Street.

Feb. 7

Jacob John Wickham, 27, 1715 Fortieth Street, was charged with disorderly conduct and public consumption/intoxication, at 2899 Fifth Avenue.

Jared James Chestnut, 22, Iowa City, was charged with disorderly conduct and public consumption/intoxication.

Amanda Marie Knight, 26, Cedar Rapids, was charged with driving while intoxicated/drugged, first offense, at 1625 Blairs Ferry Road.

Brody William Rasmusson, 22, Cedar Rapids, was charged with driving while intoxicated, first offense, at 1625 Blairs Ferry Road.

Trisha Jo Fortner, 2210 Copper Drive, Marion was charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute, a drug tax stamp violation, driving with a suspend listen and not providing insurance, not accident related, at the 900 block of Eighth Avenue.

Feb. 9

Jennifer Ann Waddel, 37, 640 Bentley Drive, Marion, was charged with violation of a no contact order due to domestic abuse, at 386 Ben-Dov Drove.

Robert Kent Constance, 21, Mount Vernon, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
