Margaret Elizabeth Meran, 50, of 5707 Keswick Ct. of Cedar Rapids, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving with a suspended license, no insurance and an arrest warrant at 12:50 p.m. on Nov. 18 at the 300 block of Marion Boulevard.
