Teens Charged with Assault and Public Intoxication by Marion Police
The following information was provided by the Marion Police Department. Arrests do not indicate a conviction.
Three Marion teens were arrested by Marion Police between Oct. 4-10.
One Swisher 17-year-old was charged with public intoxication/intoxication Oct. 5 at 10:26 p.m.
A 14-year-old Marion teen was charged with assault Oct. 8 at 1:45 p.m.

Police also arrested a 15-year-old boy from Cedar Rapids at Linn-Mar High School.
Marion Patch does not release the names of minors charged with crimes.
