ENCORE: Marion Walmart: The Favorite Place for Alleged Thieves in Marion?

This isn't the that of those arrested and charged with some variety of theft have been arrested at the Marion Walmart.

Today we're listing four charged with theft at the , or, as the police blotter calls it, "5491 Highway 151."

Please note that the following people that have been arrested between May 18 and May 31, have been accused of crimes, not convicted.

Here are the arrests at Walmart:

Levi Paul Ryan, 19, 1104 Washington Drive, Marion, was charged with theft at 5941 Highway 151.

Jermie Ray Collins, 33, 1910 Jackson Drive, Marion, was charged May 29 with second degree theft, at 5491 Highway 151.

Daniel Eugene Moon, 790 Bentley Drive, Marion, was charged May 31 with two counts of fifth degree theft at 5491 Highway 151.

Andrew Nicholas Aguilar-Rosa, 20, 790 Bentley Drive, Marion, was charged with two counts of fifth degree theft at 5491 Highway 151.

And, here are three more theft arrests that occurred recently in Marion:

Cathy Hornback, 21, 860 Bentley Drive, Marion, with fifth degree theft at 998 Eight Avenue.

Cordale Steven Baker, 25, 415 10th Street, Marion, was charged May 18 with fifth degree theft a 1001 Seventh Avenue.

Eugene Kevin Merrifeld, 34, 2951 Ninth Street, Marion, was charged with third degree theft at 2280 Agate Street.
