Incident at Walmart Leads to Four Charges for Marion Woman

The following information was provided by the Marion Police Department. Arrests do not indicate a conviction.

A Marion woman is facing four charges for an incident last month at Walmart.

Lasondra Odean, a 20-year-old Marion resident, was charged twice with credit card fraud and twice for theft in the fifth degree at the .

She was issued the charges on April 14 at 8:18 p.m.

Ryan Andrew Hardman, 23, 3175 Fifth Street, Marion, was charged April 13 with consumption in public/public intoxication, at 2650 10th Street.

Michael Douglas Klima, 31, Center Point, was charged April 13 with driving while intoxicated/drugged, second offense, failure to yield to 10-33 vehicle and failure to use headlamps when required.

Thomas Allen Farris, 19, Scotch Grove, was charged on April 14 with driving with a suspended license, failure to use safety belts and underage possession of alcohol.

Charles David Potter, 33, 1950 East Post Road, Marion, was charged April 15 with driving while intoxicated/drugged, first offense, at the 500 block of Eleventh Street.

Joel Michael Goldsberry, 25, Cedar Rapids, was charged April 15 with consumption in public/public intoxication at 3911 Katz Drive.

Brian Benard Young, 41, Iowa City, was charged April 15 with driving with a suspended license and failure to maintain registered plates, at the 2800 block of Highway 100.

Dane Edward Rupe, 24, Cedar Rapids, was charged April 15 with driving with a barred license, habitual offender and not having proof of insurance, at the 1000 block of 17th Avenue.

Christian Janee Robinson, 20, 690 Bentley Drive, Marion, was charged April 16 with driving with a suspended license at the 1000 block of 9th Street.
