Marion Woman Charged with Child Endangerment and Keeping a Disorderly House

According to the Marion Police Department, Nicole Leitch was charged both with a disorderly house violation in addition to a child endangerment charge.

Nicole Leitch, a 37-year-old Marion woman, was charged with category three child endangerment and holding a disorderly house, according to the Marion Police Department.

She was charged at her home on 896 Fifth Street, at 8:45 a.m.

Category three child endangerment is child endangerment absent any serious injury to the child, which is a simple misdemeanor.
