Menards Theft, Burglary, Eluding Police— Marion Police Blotter

The following information was provided by the Marion Police Department. Arrests do not indicate a conviction.

Marion Police made the following arrests in the period between Sept. 14 and Sept. 19:

Justin Michael Rinas, 33, Muscantine, was charged Sept. 16 with fifth-degree theft at Menards.

Jeffrey Adam Doyle Ringold, 22, Cedar Rapids, was charged Sept. 17 with driving with a suspended license, at the corner of 10th Street and Central Avenue.

Kayla Lynn Koehler, 19, Belle Plaine, was arrested Sept. 17 on a previously outstanding arrest warrant, at the 900 block of 15th Street.

James Mark Fay, 25, no address, was charged Sept. 17 with first-degree burglary, second-degree theft, eluding police, driving on the wrong side of the highway, excessive speeding, failure to obey control device, improper use of lanes, unsafe entry into sidewalk/roadway and driving without a license, at 1065 Third Street.

Bryan Leigh Herrold, 44, 1080 Colorado Street, Muscatine, was charged Sept. 16 with public consumption/intoxication, at the 800 block of 26th Street.
