OWIs, Paraphernalia and a Controlled Substance— Marion Police Blotter

Marion Police made the following arrests in the period between Sept. 14 and Sept. 19:

Zachary Glen Green, 217 Midway Drive, Marion, was charged Sept. 17 with driving with a revoked license, at the corner of Highway 100 and East Post Road.

Devin Lee Gamm, 18, Cedar Rapids, was charged Sept. 15 with possession of a controlled substance at the 700 block of Eighth Street.

Troy Edward Brincks, 19, Cedar Rapids, was charged Sept. 15 with an OWI, first offense, no insurance, not accident related and possession of drug paraphernalia, at the 700 block of Eighth Street.

Michael David Fowler, 43, Hiawatha, was charged Sept. 15 with an OWI, first offense, at the corner of Douglas Court and English Boulevard.

Skylar Cody Lee Ducker, 19, 454 10th Street, Marion, was charged Sept. 15 with public consumption/intoxication, at the corner of 20th Street and Fifth Avenue.
