Police: 9 Charged with Theft-Related Charges

have charged nine people with theft-related offenses in the period between Aug. 10 and Sept. 6.

The following have been arrested by the Marion Police Department, according to police records:

Spencer Davis Olmstead, 31, 1000 Hutton Hills Drive, Marion, was charged Aug. 10 with theft at the Marion .

Rebecca May Ream, 44, Cedar Rapids, was charged Aug. 11 with fifth-degree theft at the Marion .

Shantae Marie Martinez-Vargas, 22, Cedar Rapids, was charged Aug. 18 with theft at the Marion Walmart.

Ashlea Lynn Sanchez, 20, Cedar Rapids, was charged Aug. 18 with theft at the Marion Walmart.

Alesha Dawn Albertson, 36, Cedar Rapids, was charged Aug. 23 with fourth-degree theft and fifth-degree theft at the Marion Walmart.

Tobert Allan Fronde, 51, 2330 Seventh Ave., Marion, was charged Aug. 28 with two counts of third-degree burglary, at 2274 Fifth Ave. and one count of third-degree burglary at 2199 Eighth Ave.. 

Kenneth Anthony Hawkins Jr, 34, at-large, was charged Aug. 28 with fifth-degree theft.

Robert Allan Frondle, 51, was charged Aug. 29 with fifth-degree theft at 2504 Seventh Ave.

Porfirio T Tecuapetla, 42, Cedar Rapids, was charged Sept. 3 with fifth-degree theft and arrested on a previously outstanding arrest warrant, at Menards in Marion.
