Teens Arrested for Allegedly Attempting to Rob a Marion Gun Store

The following information was provided by the Marion Police Department. Arrests do not indicate a conviction.

Two Cedar Rapids teens were arrested for attempted burglary last week, according to the Marion Police.

The teens, one 17-year-old and a 16-year-old, were arrested June 5 for attempted burglary in the second degree and possession of burglars tools.

Marion Patch does not release the names of minors charged with crimes.
The two were arrested at 1:33 a.m. at Marion Guns and Gold on 361 Seventh Avenue.

A Springville woman was the only other person arrested by Marion Police and charged with a property crime, between June 1 and June 7.

Kelsey Elizabeth Muldoon, 19, Springville, was charged June 5 with fifth degree theft at 5491 Highway 151.
