Theft at Marion Home, Walmart — Marion Police Blotter

Marion Police arrested the following between Oct. 12 to Oct. 24.:

Samantha Rose Monroe, 20, Cedar Rapids, was charged Oct. 13 with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, at the 3300 block of Seventh Avenue.

Heather Joan Hardman, 26, 3175 Fifth Street, Marion, was charged Oct. 14 with domestic assualt causing serious injury/mental illness, at 3175 Fifth Street.

Derrick Antron Stewart Sr., 37, Waterloo, was charged Oct. 14 with a violation of a no contact order due to domestic abuse, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Ian Marial Woodward, 27, Cedar Rapids, was charged Oct. 14 with fifth-degree theft, at 340 15th Street.

Trudy Lynn Delong, 51, 2121 Cory Road, Marion, was charged Oct. 14 with unlawful possession of prescription drugs and driving with a suspended license, at the corner of Sixth Avenue and Seventh Street.

Nathan Mason Nosely, 21, Cedar Rapids, was charged Oct. 15 with fifth-degree theft at the Marion Walmart.

Jeffrey Lee Davis Jr., Kemp, 23, was charged Oct. 15 with fifth-degree theft at Walmart.

Nathan Michael Schmidt, 26, 555 Bentley Drive, Marion, was charged Oct. 16 with disorderly conduct at his home.
