Thefts at Marion Menards, Walgreens: Marion Police Blotter

Marion Police have arrested the following between Oct. 4-10.

Cordale Steven Baker, 2020 Fifth Avenue, Marion, was charged Oct. 11 with two counts of fifth-degree theft at the Marion Walgreens.

Derek Robert Newhard, 24, 1968 Apache Drive, Marion, was charged Oct. 9 with fourth-degree theft at the Marion Walmart.

Brittany Leigh Nicklas, 19, 1300 Medowview Drive, Marion, was charged Oct. 9 with domestic assault causing serious injury at 1300 Meadowview Court.

Brian Keith Hartson, 1360 11th Avenue, Marion, was arrested Oct. 11 on an outstanding arrest warrant, at his home.

Lawrence Ali Cuningham Boyd, 39, Cedar Rapids, was arrested Oct. 11 with an outstanding arrest warrant, at 475 Northland Avenue.
