Woman Arrested Twice in One Day: Marion Police Blotter

May 28:
Denise Marie Wilmoth, 46, female, of 1653 Elizabeth Drive, arrested at 1:50 p.m. at 3495 Seventh Ave., charged with fifth-degree theft and consumption in public/intoxication.
Steven Jay Krizek, 59, male, of Springville, arrested at 4:15 p.m. at 3600 Highway 151, charged with second-degree harassment.
Denise Marie Wilmoth, 46, female, of 1653 Elizabeth Drive, arrested at 4:41 p.m. at 3600 Highway 151, charged with fifth-degree theft.
Lawrence Robert Fritz, 22, male, of 820-5 Magnolia Lane, arrested at 6:33 p.m. at 5491 Highway 151, charged with fifth-degree theft.
Robert A. Levy Jr., 39, male, of Cedar Rapids, arrested at 10 p.m. at 1625 Blairs Ferry Road, charged with consumption in public/intoxication.
