Obama will appear Wednesday in eastern Iowa, at Armstrong Hall at Cornell College in Mount Vernon.

The event is free and open to the public, but tickets are required. One ticket per person will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis beginning Sunday at 4 p.m.
