An Amber Alert for Kiley Shannon, 11, has been cancelled, and authorities say she has been found safe.

An Amber Alert for Kiley Shannon, 11, has been cancelled, and authorities say she has been found safe. Authorities said she was found in Cedar Rapids in the company of an unrelated female.

Her alleged abductor, Sean Shannon, is her biological father, the Des Moines Register reported, but he did not have parental rights.

Iowa law enforcement officials have issued an Amber Alert after an 11-year-old girl was reportedly abducted from Shellsburg in Benton County shortly after 10 p.m. Friday.

The girl, Kiley Seane Shannon, was last seen wearing a jean mini skirt, green fishnet tank top and pink flip flops. She is 5-feet tall, weighs 70 pounds, and has brown eyes and brown hair, which she was wearing in a ponytail.

She was believed to have been abducted by Sean Shannon, 37. He is 6-feet, 2 inches tall, weighs 250 pounds, and has brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing black gym shorts, a white shirt, and red and white tennis shoes. He has a tattoo on the right side of his neck and numerous tattoos on his body. 

The car involved is believed to be a green 1998 Chrysler Cirrus with Iowa license plate number 452WWY.
